The slurry pump operates in harsh environments; the shaft system design fully considers the bearing's service life of over 40,000 hours under high temperature and heavy load, and the shaft is appropriately thickened.

Uses thin oil lubrication for bearings, with a reasonably designed lubrication and cooling system to ensure bearings operate at optimal temperatures.

3. The flow channel is wide and smooth, with good anti-blocking performance and excellent cavitation resistance.

4. Uses auxiliary impeller combined with packing seal or mechanical seal to ensure no slurry leakage.

Auxiliary impeller sealing technology is a major strength of our company, achieving almost no leakage during pump operation. Additionally, operation and maintenance are simple.

5. Standard flanges, high efficiency, and long service life.

6. Pump inlet and outlet flanges are manufactured according to current national standards, facilitating pipeline installation.

7. Pump flow-through parts are made of high-quality wear-resistant materials developed by our company, which won the second prize of Hubei Province Science and Technology Progress Award in 1988. Hydraulic design uses the latest software and optimization design theory, resulting in high pump efficiency and long service life.

Each pumping station is divided into two groups (each group uses three pumps in parallel, totaling six), using 18 units of our company's 300ZBG-760A high lift slurry pumps. Single pump operating parameters: flow rate 2200 m³/h, head 72 m, matched motor power 630KW.

Two-stage grinding cyclone feed pump model 300ZBD-900B (grinding pump) flow rate 1310 m³/h, head 29 m, speed 590 r/min, motor model Y450-10, power 280 kW, computer-recorded running time 5000 hours before replacing flow parts.
