◇ Our company provides bidding equipment that is brand new and unused. With mature technology, manufacturing qualifications, and years of production experience, we ensure casting (green sand), processing (CNC machine tools), quality assurance, performance testing, and completeness of supply, as well as free guidance for installation and commissioning.
◇ No defective products will leave the factory.
◇ All impellers and rotor parts undergo dynamic balance testing.
◇ Product spare parts are universal and interchangeable, according to national standards.
◇ The warranty period implements the "Three Guarantees" policy; if there are quality issues, the supplier will repair or replace free of charge to ensure normal equipment operation.
◇ Technical personnel will be dispatched for on-site installation and commissioning to ensure normal equipment operation.
◇ Technical training for operators.
◇ Handling of quality faults: If quality issues are found during equipment operation, we will respond immediately upon receiving the information and arrive on-site within 24-36 hours to resolve the issue.
