Product Details
Overview
The PM series vertical foam pumps are widely used in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, mining, coal, and chemical industries. They are suitable for conveying abrasive or corrosive slurries containing foam. This series of pumps can effectively eliminate foam in the slurry during operation and can still work normally when the feed is insufficient. They are especially suitable for various flotation process flows and are ideal products for conveying foam-type slurries.
Model Meaning

Structural Description
The PM series foam pumps have a simple structure, are easy to install and use, and have a high degree of generalization. See the structural diagram for details.
1. Transmission part: The transmission part of this pump is compatible with the LP and LP series slurry pumps. According to user needs, direct drive or belt drive can be selected.
2. The material box is made of steel structure, equipped with a tangential inlet and an overflow box. The overflow box returns excess feed back to the feed tank; the tangential inlet allows the slurry to quickly enter the pump, helping to eliminate some foam.
3. Pump head: The pump head structure is the same as the ZBD and ZBB series slurry pumps, featuring a double pump casing structure. The pump body, pump cover, front guard plate, etc., are interchangeable with slurry pumps of the same caliber in the ZBD and ZBE series. Depending on the material conveyed, the flow parts can be made of metal rubber or other non-metallic materials. For metal materials, the pump body, pump cover, liner, front guard plate, etc., are interchangeable with slurry pumps of the same caliber in the ZBD and ZBB series; for rubber or other non-metallic materials, the front liner and rear liner are interchangeable with slurry pumps of the same caliber in the 2BD and R series.
