F01, F02 Wear-resistant and Corrosion-resistant Materials

The above image shows our company's 250ZBG-740 pump/400KW (two-stage series) used at a fertilizer company in Hubei. The pump's wet parts material is F02.

The slurry contains the following components: 5% phosphoric acid, about 1% fluorosilicic acid and hydrofluoric acid, 3% sulfuric acid, with a solid weight concentration of 27%.

Pump flow rate 1000m ³ /h, single-stage head 67m

The service life of the pump's wet parts is 6 months; if Cr26 (common material for slurry pumps) is used, the service life is less than one month.

F01 is suitable for slurry with a pH value of 3--12 and temperature below 70°C; F02 is suitable for slurry with a pH value of 1—3 and 12--14, temperature below 80°C, material hardness HRC38-46.

These two materials are suitable for special pumps used to transport corrosive slurries in phosphate chemical industry, hydrometallurgy, power plant desulfurization, etc.
