Description of the characteristics of the new type slurry pump
2.1 Due to the adoption of the latest pump design theory and modern CAD design methods mentioned above, the pump has excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency, low wear rate, wide flow channels, good anti-clogging performance, and superior cavitation performance. The main performance indicators of the two series of pumps meet the standards of the Mechanical Industry of the People's Republic of China, JB/TQ53060-93 centrifugal slurry pump product quality grading requirements for premium products, and meet industry standards.
2.2 Using a horizontal split-type thin oil lubricated bracket, compared with grease-lubricated brackets, it is easier to maintain and adjust, and is durable.

2.3 Using an auxiliary impeller combined packing seal or mechanical seal to ensure no leakage of the pump. When the pump is used in single-suction two-stage series, the auxiliary impeller combined packing seal is generally used.
2.4 Using thin oil lubricated metric bearings, with reasonably designed lubrication and cooling systems to ensure bearing operation at low temperatures. To ensure and improve bearing service life, these two types of pumps have two sets of cooling systems for the bracket components: one external cooling system on the bracket cover and one internal cooling system installed inside the bracket body. Users can use one or both cooling systems depending on the ambient temperature and the temperature of the slurry being conveyed.
2.5 The TZ series pumps allow multi-stage series use, with a maximum allowable working pressure of 3.6 MPa.
2.6 The pump inlet and outlet flange sizes comply with current national standards, facilitating pipeline installation.
2.7 Flow-through parts are made of special high-chromium wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials (Cr28), with material hardness HRC≥65, providing good wear and corrosion resistance.
2.8 The pump model spectrum design is reasonable and wide-ranging, facilitating user selection. Pump flow ranges from 8 to 4800 m³/h, head from 6 to 109 m, greatly facilitating user selection.
2.9 Using direct coupling transmission to improve transmission efficiency, reduce operating costs, facilitate use with frequency converters, and meet different user needs. If users require other transmission forms due to installation location restrictions, installation drawings can be requested from the manufacturer.
