The conditions for starting the slurry pump are as follows

(1) Check the slurry pump according to the routine inspection requirements before startup.
(2) Confirm that the slurry pump pipeline is open, the thickener tank is selected, the inlet gate is open, the selected thickener is running, the thickener slag discharge gate and flushing gate are closed, and the discharge pump is interlocked.
(3) Check that there are no debris in the slurry pool and the water level is above 1.2m.
(4) Check that the agitator corresponding to the slurry pump has started and is operating normally.
(5) Adjust the slurry pump frequency converter to less than 10%.
(6) Start the slurry pump on the DCS, and after the outlet valve is fully open, slowly adjust the frequency of the frequency converter to meet the water volume of the reuse water tank.
(7) After the slurry pump starts normally, pay attention to the coordination of the slurry pump outlet water, reuse water pump outlet water, and the water temperature of the scraper.
